Payment is required on the day of treatment

Small additional fees may be charged for material/rehabilitation equipment we think will be beneficial to your recovery. These will be discussed with you by your Physio on a case by case basis.

Cancellations

We appreciate that things do pop up from time to time however if you are unable to make your appointment we would appreciate it if you could give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This allows us to fill your spot with someone else who requires our help to get back to their best.

ACC

ACC is a compulsory, no fault insurance for anyone (resident or visitor) who has sustained an injury in NZ.

ACC can also help if you are a Kiwi returning from overseas with an injury, so long as you are a permanent NZ resident and you haven’t been away for more than 6 months.
