Surgery can be a daunting prospect. How long will it take to get back to work, will I be able to walk up the Wither Hills again and when can I return to the sport I love? All important questions and ones that we can answer.
Before your operation we can help you get in the best physical shape possible which will help with your recovery. Post operatively we will work closely with your surgeon in order to get your range of motion, strength and function back as soon as possible. This will involve hands on therapy, some hard work from you at home and if appropriate some gym based rehabilitation. We will assist you through every step of the process and help you get back to your best.
